Week METs

The visitor adds walks, rides and sessions with minutes. The tool applies a named MET and a body weight they type, and sums the week. It is a projection of the list, not a training plan.

Enter the inputs. The page computes a result that did not exist as a static article.

This is a general-purpose tool, not medical, legal or financial advice. Figures are estimates from published food data or arithmetic. A qualified professional owns decisions that affect your health.

How to use it

Inputs are activities, minutes and a body weight. Computation uses MET times minutes. Output is a week total.

The tool runs in your browser. Nothing from the camera, microphone or sensors is uploaded. With JavaScript off, the worked example below is still computed on the server.

A worked example

Three hours of 3.5-MET walking for a 70 kg body is 3.5 × 70 × 3 = 735 kcal for the week of that work. It is not a daily energy target.
